7 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY
You will receive store credit, which remains valid for a lifetime. You can utilize this credit for future purchases whenever you wish to shop with us. Your store wallet balance can be viewed by logging into your account, and you can easily apply the credit at the checkout by selecting the store credit option. The store credit will be provided once the courier person picks up your return order.
We only accept complaints regarding empty boxes, missing products, wrong product delivery, or defective products for returns and refunds. Any other requests will be declined.
Please raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the package.
To address any such issues, it is necessary to provide a 360-degree parcel opening video.
The video recording must clearly display the current timestamp. This can be achieved by either showing the current date and time on the camera capturing screen during recording or by including a separate physical device in the video displaying the current date in DD/MM/YYYY format and time in HH:MM:SS format.
Please note the following:
If your order has been delivered but the order status is not updated, we kindly ask for your patience. It may take 2-3 days for the courier company to update the shipping status. Rest assured, your 7-day return period will begin once the delivery status is updated. Please be patient during this time.
Attention: Please be aware that we only provide support through our designated support page on this website. Any telephone numbers found on the internet claiming to be Italian Eleganza are fraudulent and involved in credit/debit card fraud. Please refrain from sharing any information with them.
HOW TO PLACE RETURN REQUEST ?
You can go to our home page and log in to your account and after login go to my account->order

On clicking the button return and refund you see a page like below.
First Select the Request for option and proceed to the next step
SIZE NOT FIT: If the product you received doesn’t fit feet perfectly, you can select this option and proceed with your request.
DEFECTED ITEM: If the product delivered to you appears defective or damaged, you can select this option and proceed with your request.
WRONG ITEM: If the product delivered to you is different from what you ordered, you can select this option and proceed with your request.
INCOMPLETE COMBO RECEIVED: If you placed a combo order but didn’t receive the complete order, select this option.
EMPTY BOX RECEIVED: If you received an empty box, you can raise this complaint.
Once your return request is placed, your return will be picked up from your address within 2-3 days after your refund is approved.
Please note that refunds/returns are only possible once per order, and we do not accept returns/refunds for used products.
When the return is picked up, kindly take an acknowledgement slip from the courier personnel.
Important: If a customer places a second return/refund request for the same order, they must self-ship the order to our warehouse, and the courier charges for self-shipment will not be payable.

Note: Please do not ship products via the post office. We will not be responsible for such products. Only ship with registered post.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, which will be valid for a lifetime. You can use it for future purchases by accessing your store wallet balance and clicking the checkout button under the store credit option.
No bank refunds will be provided for return requests.
Note: Multiple gift vouchers or coupon codes cannot be used by a single customer on a single order. Vouchers/coupons are redeemable once per user.
When will I receive an exchange order? Your exchange order will be processed once your return reaches our warehouse, and we will share the exchange order ID with you.
If a prepaid order gets returned to the origin (RTO), you will be provided with a store credit card equivalent to your order value (valid for a lifetime) when the undelivered product is received at our warehouse.
Note: A quality check will be conducted during return pickup, and if the product passes the quality check, the return will be accepted.
QC Guidelines:
1. Check Packaging Box: Ensure the packaging box is in its original state. If a damaged packaging box is returned, the QC check will fail, and the return will not be picked up.
2. Check Used: Make sure the product is not used. If a used product is returned, the QC check will fail, and the return will not be picked up.
3. Item Image: Only return the product shown on the website for the product you placed an order for. If any other item is returned, the QC check will fail, and the return will not be picked up.
4. Return Reason: Mention the proper return reason when placing the exchange/refund request. Without a proper return reason, we will not accept the return request.
5. Quantity: Verify the quantity of the returned product. If there is a mismatch in the product quantity returned, the QC check will fail, and the return will not be picked up by the courier person.
