If you don’t see the COD option, it could be due to the following reasons:

Q. How will I get a refund if my prepaid order is undelivered (RTO)?

When your undelivered product is received at our warehouse, you will receive Store Credit equivalent to your order value (valid for a lifetime). You can check the refund status on your order tracking page for prepaid RTO orders.
