7 DAYS EASY EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a smooth 7-day exchange policy for your convenience. If you are unsatisfied with the product due to issues like incorrect size, defects, or wrong delivery, you can request an exchange. No refunds or store credits will be provided.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

We accept exchanges only for the following reasons:

  1. Size Not Fit: If the product doesn't fit properly.
  2. Defective Item: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  3. Wrong Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
  4. Incomplete Combo: If a combo order is missing items.
  5. Empty Box: If the package was empty.

Note: Requests for exchanges for reasons other than the above will be declined.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to My Account → Orders.
  3. Click the Return & Refund button and select the appropriate reason for exchange.
  4. Submit the request within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Mandatory Requirements for Exchange Requests

  • Provide a 360-degree unboxing video showing the package and product clearly.
  • The video must include a visible timestamp (date and time) either on the camera screen or using a physical device showing the date in DD/MM/YYYY format and time in HH:MM:SS format.

Quality Check (QC) Guidelines

Before approving the exchange, a QC check will be conducted during return pickup. Ensure the following:

  1. Original Packaging: The product and box must be in original condition.
  2. Unused Product: Used products will not pass the QC check.
  3. Correct Item: Only the product you ordered should be returned.
  4. Valid Reason: Mention the correct reason during the exchange request.
  5. Complete Quantity: Ensure all items included in the original order are returned.

If the product fails the QC check, the exchange request will be declined.

Exchange Process

  • Your exchange order will be processed once the returned product passes the QC check and reaches our warehouse.
  • We will share the new exchange order ID with you.

Self-Shipped Returns

If a second exchange is requested for the same order, the customer must self-ship the product to the following address:
Address: Faujdaron Ka Mohalla, New Sarafa Dana Oli, Lashkar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, 474001.

  • Courier charges for self-shipped returns will not be reimbursed.

Note: Please avoid shipping through the post office. Use registered courier services only.

Additional Information

  • If a prepaid order is returned to origin (RTO), the exchange will be processed once the undelivered product reaches our warehouse.
  • Exchange requests are allowed once per order.
